Synopsis:
This follows our main character, Meredith, who is returning to Martha’s Vineyard for the first time since her sister tragically passed away. Her whole extended family has a tradition to stay at their family estate every summer but this year is different. Meredith’s cousin who was closest to her late sister is getting married.
As Meredith is slowly getting back into the swing of life on the lake, they announce that they’ve planned a game is Assassin including everyone who is in town for the wedding. She finds herself in an unlikely alliance with one of the groomsmen, Wit.
My Review:
I read this for the first time a few summers ago and I have not found another book that gives the same PERFECT summer vibes.
I will be rereading this book every summer indefinitely, it’s just that good!!
